This policy explains what Apparelizer collects, why, and the choices you have. Apparelizer is a network for the fashion, apparel and textile industry, available at apparelizer.com.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile photo and the profile information you choose to add.
Sign-in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon or Apple: we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider, and nothing else. We never see your provider password and never post on your behalf.
Content you create: posts, snaps, reviews, listings, orders, applications, messages and uploads.
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention and to improve the service.

How we use it

To run your account, show your profile and content to others as you choose, and process orders, bookings and applications.
To send service emails such as receipts, password resets and notifications you have asked for.
To keep the network safe, moderate content and prevent abuse.
To understand how the service is used and improve it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: other members, as part of what you publish or send; service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, payments), under confidentiality; and authorities when the law requires it.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Apparelizer uses your Google name, email address and profile picture only to create and sign you in to your account. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell or transfer it to third parties, and do not use it to train AI models.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in, security and your preferences, and simple analytics to see which pages are used.

Your choices

You can view and edit your information in your account, and ask us to export or delete it by emailing support@apparelizer.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal content, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. We protect it with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Apparelizer is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
