(15 Feb 2022) ANNA SUI GOES BACK TO THE 60s FOR FALL 2022 Anna Sui is exchanging the runway for a short film for her fall 2022 collection. The eccentric designer had models posing on a stage in the basement of New York City's historic Bowery Electric Bar for a lookbook shoot. Sui took it back to the 60s with a psychedelic collection featuring a mix of mod and new wave styles. "The fall '22 collection was inspired by the TV show 'Ready, Steady, Go' which ran in England in the early 60s and the catch line was 'The weekend starts here.' All the new bands came on Friday night and by the next week they were number one in England," Sui explained. The collection is available to view on runway360.cfda.com.
