My Dream Handmade Leather Bag | Crafted by a Local Artisan in Italy

Today I’m sharing my beautiful new handmade leather bag, created by Rita, a local artisan here in Taranto, Italy. Rita and her husband have been crafting leather bags for over 50 years, and I wanted to support a local maker while bringing a design idea to life. The inspiration for this bag came from Agnes Baddoo’s gorgeous leather totes, but instead of choosing an existing size, we created something in between—perfect for my everyday needs.
