Hi, I’m Daria Koso, a Miami based fashion photographer, and in this video I’m showing how I create luxury, structured fashion editorial lighting using continuous lighting only — shifting mood, contrast, and atmosphere without relying on flash. 4 completely different editorial looks, no strobes. This photoshoot was built around one idea: How far can you push continuous light (I was using Nanlite) to achieve high-fashion, magazine-level results? We created 4 completely different looks, each with a distinct lighting setup and visual direction: ✨ Setup 1 — Soft Monochromatic Light One light source bounced from the wall, creating soft, even lighting for a clean beige editorial look. ✨ Setup 2 — Harsh Editorial Shadows High-contrast lighting with shadow playing using Nanlite FC-720B + FC-500B with projection attachment. Deep shadows, sharp highlights, and a bold velvet corset look — very structured, very fashion. ✨ Setup 3 — Moody Dramatic Lighting Using a softbox with the Nanlite FC-720B to shape light and turn a white background into a dark, cinematic scene. A more “bossy” editorial vibe with playful posing. ✨ Setup 4 — Colorful Stage Lighting A vibrant, performance-inspired setup using Nanlite PavoTube II 30C for purple-blue tones and Nanlite FC-500B with projection attachment. With the sparkling dress I used a star filter (check out the link for it in the description below ⬇️) to enhance highlights and create a glowing editorial effect. Throughout the entire photoshoot, I worked with Nanlite continuous lighting, showing how to: • Create high-end fashion lighting without strobes • Control contrast from soft to harsh light • Shape light to change the background mood • Use RGB lighting for editorial color effects • Build a cinematic fashion look with continuous light If you’re a photographer looking to move into fashion photography, editorial lighting setups, or continuous lighting workflows, this video will give you a clear, practical breakdown of how to
