It's time to toss the synthetic fabrics. Today I will share the latest steps I have taken with my family to reduce our toxic exposure and surround ourselves with fabrics that are comfortable, healthy, and good for our bodies. The chemicals in synthetic fabrics include BPA, PFOA, formaldehyde, and more. They are known to cause cancer, and reproductive issues in both men and women. Next, we focused on removing all clothing 50% or higher in polyester. As we bring in new items, we will make sure they are made from natural fibers, but this
