This time it’s a more chatty vlog, and I’m also finally introducing a program I’ve been working on for a long time. My friend Kelly and I actually met doing the VS shows together, and that’s really where our interest in health and fitness started. Over the years our routines have evolved a lot. We both moved away from the “push harder” mentality and started incorporating more mindfulness, breathwork, and practices that support the nervous system. That shift inspired us to create a program that combines the workouts we used to do for shows with the tools that help us feel more balanced today. Because honestly, when you feel good in your body, it shows. Come along for the vlog, and please help me decide which pieces from the haul I should keep haha. Max and I are leaving for Japan in two weeks and I’m so excited.
