In this video we can know about Woven Fabric Dyeing Process Step by Step Typical Woven Dyeing Process Flow Preparation (Pre-treatment): Essential to remove impurities for uniform dyeing. Desizing: Removes sizing agents applied to warp yarns. Scouring: Removes oils, fats, and waxes. Bleaching: Eliminates natural color to create a white base. Mercerizing: (Optional) Increases luster and dye affinity. Dyeing Application: Pad-Batch/Cold Pad Batch (CPB): Fabric passes through a dye solution, is squeezed, and sits for hours to fix, ideal for woven fabric. Jigger Dyeing: Fabric passes back and forth through a bath on rollers, often used for woven goods. Jet/Overflow Dyeing: Fabric moves through a, high-speed jet of dye liquor, suitable for lighter woven fabrics. Thermosol/Pad-Steam: Continuous method for large batches, applying heat (thermosol) or steam to fix dye. Fixation: Dye molecules are fixed onto the fibers through heat, chemicals, or steam. Washing & Finishing: Removal of unfixed dye, followed by softening and drying.  #wovenfabricdyeing #dyeing #wovenfabric
