In the Syrian city of Masyaf, young women face significant economic challenges, while large quantities of textile waste are discarded and traditional Syrian crafts are at risk of disappearing. Zenobia Eco-Fashion Hub Women-Led Circular Fashion for Heritage and Impact offers an innovative solution that combines women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, and cultural heritage preservation. The video follows the journey of 60 women receiving specialized training in industrial sewing, textile upcycling, and traditional Syrian craftsmanship, including Aghabani embroidery and Damascene Brocade. Fabric remnants and surplus materials are transformed into modern clothing, bags, and home textile products, while 30 women gain direct employment and sustainable income opportunities. The film highlights the project’s environmental and social impact, demonstrating how circular fashion can transform textile waste into economic opportunity, preserve valuable cultural heritage, and create a more sustainable and inclusive future through a women-led enterprise. #TaalufHumanitarianOrganization #UnitedNations #Women_and_Child_Rehabilitation_Center
